We are a small family business based in Scarborough and we cover Filey, Bridlington, Malton, Pickering, Whitby and beyond. We are offering a friendly, reliable and professional service. We deal in house/garage clearances, we also remove single items. We pride ourselves on recycling as much as it is possible.
Our prices are extremely competitive and what we quote is what you will pay, with no hidden extras. As we are only a small family business there is no VAT. I will come to see you myself and discuss the quote and work that will be carried out.
Both myself and my wife have experience in care settings. I was a carer myself for many years and my wife was a care manager and a nurse in care home.
We can understand how difficult and stressful it can be for families when a loved one dies or must go in to care. We also understand that due to illness or age the property may be disorganised. This is not an issue and the clearance will be completed with upmost respect for privacy and dignity for you and your family. We have completed a large variety of house clearances; we always leave the property clean and tidy.
Our clearances may take longer than one day as we endeavour to recycle and reuse most of the items from our clearances. We will remove all items including white goods, furniture, bric-a-brac, fittings and fixtures, food etc. I also personally restore pieces of furniture myself so these pieces can be enjoyed again for a long time to come. We will clear the whole property so it can be ready to sell or rent after we finish. We will also clear outbuildings and garages and they will also be left clear and clean. Only a small amount of stuff will go to the tip as we strongly believe in recycling.
The work can be carried out at the short notice and I will keep in contact with you the whole time the work is carried out. You can leave the keys with me and you can be reassured that they will be always safe. This will save you traveling to and from the property as we understand this can be stressful and time consuming. We endeavour to give you piece of mind in the difficult situation you may be in.
